Last weekend, the boys and I headed out to Georgia to see Uncle Keith graduate from Airborne school. He is no longer a "dirty leg," and has now joined Steve in the cool man's club of being a "Super Duper Paratrooper." Unfortunately, Keith is bummed that he will only get to be a "5 Jump Chump," and has high hopes of coming out and jumping with Steve when he gets home from Iraq.

After jumping and landing safely on the ground, the guys gather and pack their parachutes. Then they "hump it" all the way back up the long dusty road, carrying all their equipment.

It is no easy task, as the guys not only had to carry all their jump equipment, but they also had an equipment jump (which is even more weight to carry).

Here is our "super duper paratrooper" in all his glory after his last jump.

The boys wait with Grandma for Uncle Keith to turn in his equipment.

When he got back he was generous enough to share some of his water with the boys. They are camels and managed to drink the two LARGE bottles of water we had brought.
